Comfort Inn at the Harbor installs iRates RMS

Created by revenue managers of middle-tier hotels, iRates RMS was selected by Comfort Inn at the Harbor. Shortly after implementation generated immediate positive results.

As part of the deal, Comfort Inn at the Harbor received a free rate shopping feature and all the necessary analytics and graphs to support decision making. Total time for the daily revenue session for the next 365 days was reduced to 15-20 minutes.

Sunil Thadani, the owner of the Comfort Inn at the Harbor, said the system helps manage rates as frequently as needed.
