Constellation Software acquires Springer-Miller Systems

Constellation Software has acquired Springer-Miller Systems. Springer-Miller Systems will operate under the Jonas Group of companies within Constellation.

Founded in 1984, Springer-Miller Systems develops comprehensive property-management systems for hotels, resorts and spas. With the ATRIO guest experience management platform, Springer-Miller Systems has pioneered and delivered a new generation of technology for the hospitality industry; moving hospitality to the cloud, a new user experience, and to a new way of doing business. Springer-Miller also offers the SMS|Host Hospitality Management System, the first guest-centric property management system, and SpaSoft, a fully integrated, dynamic spa and activities management solution.

“Over the course of its 21-year history, the team at Constellation has built a very successful company by focusing on acquisitions of market leading companies and then using those companies as a platform additional growth,” said Larry Hall, president and CEO of PAR Springer-Miller.
