Dallas Marriott Suites installs OpenKey

Dallas Marriott Suites

Ashford Hospitality Trust selected OpenKey's technology to provide mobile key entry, check-in capabilities and more at the Dallas Marriott Suites Medical/Market Center.

"We opted to use OpenKey mobile technology based on the ease of use and convenience it provides our guests and our staff," said Eric Batis, vice president of capital management at Ashford Hospitality Trust. "In addition to offering a mobile key, the app allows our hotel to offer cutting edge service to guests. The ETA feature allows travelers to notify the front desk of early or late arrival which helps us deliver better service to all of our guests - including those that choose to skip the front desk and go straight to their room."

Through the OpenKey app, which is supported by the KABA BLE lock system, Dallas Marriott Suites Medical/Market Center guests will have secure access to their hotel room via their smartphone. The app also makes it easy for guests to connect with the front desk and take advantage of amenities offered, including complimentary shuttle service.
