Digital Alchemy and Concept Software Systems have integrated the companies’ solutions, enabling users of Concept’s spa and leisure booking system to leverage Digital Alchemy’s email and text marketing solution to instantly connect with clients. Digital Alchemy automatically texts and emails confirmations, appointment reminders, welcome messages and pre-arrival information to customers who make appointments with Concept’s spa and leisure system.
