Epoque Hotels adopts Revpar Guru’s RMS

Epoque Hotels has partnered with Revpar Guru, a Miami-based SaaS company. The Epoque Hotels chain and its affiliated brands of boutique hotels chose are implementing Revpar Guru's smart pricing solutions to optimize the price of rooms of the various hotels of the brand across the world. A global hotel chain, Epoque Hotels represents more than 300 eclectic hotels in more than 110 destinations worldwide including the Avantgarde Hotels brand and the China Hotels Collection.

Revpar Guru’s hotel software is built using intelligent algorithms, based on probabilistic modeling and regression analysis, it is meant to forecast demand levels and make strategic pricing decisions. Revpar Guru solutions currently analyzes 180 million pricing decisions per day and, on average, it delivers an increase of 108 percent in comparisons to other companies who claim 7 percent increase, the company said in a statement.

The software was developed using derivatives-trading stock market algorithms by Jean Francois Mourier, an innovative banker with more than 10 years in the financial sector and Bruno Perez, a hotel management expert and entrepreneur.
