Frontdesk Anywhere partners with SiteMinder

Frontdesk Anywhere is partnering with SiteMinder, one of the hotel industry's providers of online distribution technology. The interface with SiteMinder's Channel Manager provides the companies' joint hotel customers with simplified online room inventory and rate management, in order to maximize their online exposure and increase revenue while reducing the time and cost it takes to update rooms.

With the integration, the more than 14,000 hotel properties already connected to SiteMinder's Channel Manager will be able to send rate and inventory updates to over 140 online travel agencies (OTAs) worldwide while automatically having the bookings from those sites flow directly into their Frontdesk Anywhere property management system (PMS).

SiteMinder's Channel Manager connects the PMS with the world's leading online bookings sites, including Expedia, Booking.com, HRS, Hotelbeds, Orbitz and Agoda. Once connected, Frontdesk Anywhere communicates with SiteMinder's Channel Manager to automatically send and receive rate and inventory updates in real-time.
