Guests staying at Genre member hotels can now personalize and customize their stay prior to arrival using the GuestDriven-powered Express solution, which will be fully branded to each unique property.
Independent boutique hotels such as those participating with the Genre group are well-placed to get the maximum benefit from real-time merchandising and engagement efforts. The first Genre member hotel to launch with GuestDriven was Jupiter Hotel in Portland, a mid-century motor lodge turned trendy boutique hotel, loved by millennials. Mobile engagement has delivered a 40 percent conversion rate on offers taking during mobile check-in using Express, with the average basket size increasing consistently month-over-month.
"I never knew that I could monetize early check-in and late check-out as well as we do,” said Jupiter's General Manager Al Munguia, who started earning revenue with Express in May this year. Munguia's results are from selling ancillary offers merchandised at the time of check-in.
