Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe chain to implement Duetto solutions

Krystal Grand Punta Cancun

Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe, one of Mexico's fastest-growing hotel chains, will implement Duetto’s GameChanger revenue strategy solution. The installation will bring new insights on pricing and demand to a dozen hotels encompassing more than 3,000 rooms under the Krystal Hoteles brand.

“We are in a crucial stage of our growth process, in which Duetto will be a strategic partner to consolidate our ADR and RevPAR  objectives, allowing us to stay one step ahead of our competitors — making us leaders in our hotels category in each one of the destinations we operate,” said Francisco Medina Elizalde, GHSF's deputy CEO.

By adopting open pricing, a core element of Duetto's approach to price optimization, Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe will now be able yield rates more rapidly and with greater flexibility, drawing on web shopping regrets and denials data to better measure price sensitivity.
