Harbor Winds Hotel implements rGuest Stay property management system

Harbor Winds Hotel in Sheboygan, Wis., has launched Agilysys’ rGuest Stay property-management system and rGuest Pay payment gateway solution to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

rGuest Stay is a web-based PMS that adds to the suite of applications built using the new Agilysys rGuest hospitality software platform. The guest-centric PMS, which can be accessed via a desktop computer or tablet device, uses a standards-based solution on an open platform to enable richly integrated applications delivered from Agilysys, its partners and customers.

rGuest Stay is designed to enable hotels to gather and analyze guest information that can be used to create loyalty-generating offers and revenue. It also delivers real-time data so that hotels can more accurately forecast demand and scale services up or down accordingly. The solution's housekeeping capabilities are revolutionary, leveraging an optimization engine to assign resources so that properties can manage staff in a way that balances guest needs and operational efficiency. Its intuitive features enable properties to reduce staff training time and begin serving guests immediately.

The solution's value-added offerings include mobile wallet, stored value payments and payment analytics. There are no volume tiers or transaction minimums; and, unlike many other payment gateway solutions, rGuest Pay is offered at a fixed annual per-terminal fee.
