Hilton New York JFK Airport adds Doppler Radar to FlyteBoard

Hilton New York JFK Airport enhanced guest travel services with the addition of live Doppler radar to its airline information FlyteBoard by Flyte Systems. Guests can instantly see national weather patterns that may impact their trip as they verify their airline’s flight schedule and departure gate before boarding their airport shuttle.

“About 90 percent of our guests fly here,” said Kevin Wolford, general manager of the Hilton New York JFK Airport hotel, which also hosts crews for two major airlines. “We recently added live Doppler Radar to our popular FlyteBoard and guests value the ability to see what the national weather looks like before they get on our shuttle.”

The 356-room Hilton New York JFK Airport hotel is convenient for visitors to New York, one half mile from JFK International Airport. The guest rooms and suites create a pleasurable, relaxing environment. Amenities include high-speed internet access, a large work desk and a 37-inch flat-screen TV, an indoor pool, a fitness center and a American bistro-style restaurant-bar offering breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.
