Hotel Bogotá 100 doubles sales with distribution, booking technology

Eighteen months after implementing distribution and booking technology from SiteMinder, the independent Hotel Bogotá 100 has capitalized on Colombia's record tourist arrivals in 2017 to more than double its online sales.

“SiteMinder has been a great partner in growing our online sales. With one click, its platform uniquely allows us to update our room rates, generate reports and even watch our competition. It is a solution any hotel should implement,” Hotel Bogotá’s commercial director Rodrigo Sarasti said in a statement.

Hotel Bogotá 100, located along the Avenida Calle 100 in Colombia's capital, has 82 rooms equipped to cater to the needs of both leisure and business travelers. The hotel works with Marketing Hotelero, a local marketing and revenue-management agency which recommended SiteMinder's technology as part of a strategy to increase the property's visibility on the hotel booking channels, as well as enable direct bookings through the hotel's website.
