The 273-room Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort & Casino in Mescalero, N.M., has expanded its relationship with Agilysys with the addition of Visual One PMS for comprehensive property management and rGuest Express Mobile for streamlined guest self-service check-in and check-out.

A current user of the Agilysys InfoGenesis point-of-sale and rGuest Pay payment systems, the hotel wanted to provide a seamless guest journey with fully integrated property-management system and POS solutions to increase guest loyalty, improve operational efficiency and provide flexibility for continued property automation.

“Adding Visual One and rGuest Express Mobile to our existing POS and payment solutions from Agilysys will reduce our costs while offering our users deeper visibility into the needs of our guests at every interaction,” Inn of the Mountain Gods COO Frizzell Frizzell Jr. said in a statement. 

Agilysys Visual One PMS is a comprehensive and fully integrated property-management system that offers a wide range of features and functionality, including front-office operations, guest history, housekeeping, reservations management and more. Its user-friendly screens are laid out in a logical format, with quick-feature icons and drill-down capabilities. The system also offers optional modules for accounting, activities, club management, comp accounting, condo accounting, guest marketing, sales and catering, and spa management.

rGuest Express Mobile enables guests to check in and check out via any mobile device with support for digital keys and ID verification. Guests benefit from a personalized experience and the hotel enjoys reduced lines at the front desk, greater staff productivity and reduced operating costs.
