InterContinental Malta streamlines request fulfillment, guest preferences

InterContinental Malta in St. George’s Bay has implemented Guestware to personalize the guest experience and simplify staff response to requests. “InterContinental Malta selected Guestware based on the recommendation of Matthew Hill, the property’s previous director of room operations and current hotel manager of Holiday Inn Express Malta,” said Mike Benjamin, Guestware VP, in a statement. “Hill used Guestware at another hotel, and was impressed with Guestware’s implementation process and solid functionality.”
 
Benjamin noted that InterContinental Malta tapped Guestware’s on-site implementation package over the company’s on-line training. Guestware Advisor Colby Durham provided on-site implementation supervision for the hotel’s management and staff. Durham created an individualized training program for users that optimized the system for hotel operations and delivered personalized guest service.
