Kempinski Hotels, Europe's oldest luxury hotel group, has signed a new global framework agreement for Infor EzRMS. The Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin will be the first European hotel to take advantage of the new agreement and is the fourth of the group's 73 five-star hotels in 31 countries throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia to opt for Infor EzRMS.
Infor EzRMS will be hosted in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model by Infor and will enable revenue managers at Kempinski hotels to optimize and increase revenues by using Infor's powerful and proven forecast and optimization engines.
Infor EzRMS's extensive functionality and total revenue management approach appealed to Kempinski Hotels, the group said. Revenue directors will benefit from an integrated tool that delivers detailed reporting, competitor set data analysis, forecasting, dynamic pricing, budgeting, and contract and performance management as well as tracking of online reputation. Infor's transaction level data analytics also allows for more detailed insights and better decision making. Kempinski's corporate office will benefit from regional and centralized views of hotel data including multiple revenues, channels, companies, room type production, revenue forecasts and more.
Infor EzRMS is part of Infor CloudSuite Hospitality, a set of industry-specific, cloud-based solutions. This new framework will help revenue directors by integrating relevant information such as reputation data, in-context web-analytics and weather reports. Infor EzRMS data is also used to enhance other Infor applications. This includes sending forecasting data to Infor Human Capital Management (HCM) for better human resource planning or to Infor Dynamic Enterprise Performance Management (d/EPM) to help hotels drive performance and profitability by looking at forecasting, revenues and costs.
