Maestro PMS now interfaces with Revinate, the software as a service (SaaS) company. The Maestro API integration enables hotel operators to use an easy-to-use guest engagement platform that can be set up in a matter of hours. The API expedites customer relationship management system integration and on-boarding processes for personalized guest communication.
The Revinate Marketing integration lets Maestro users send automated guest communications via email and SMS throughout the guest stay. These include communications such as pre-stay welcome emails, targeted offers while guests are on-property, and post-stay guest satisfaction surveys immediately after departure. Revinate is one of the only marketing automation platforms that caters exclusively to hoteliers, driving an average 10 times return on marketing campaigns.
Makena Beach & Golf Resort in Maui, Hawaii is one Maestro property that adopted Revinate Marketing at the end of 2014. After a seamless integration, the Maestro PMS continues to send real time reservation data to Revinate to create guest profiles.
