MediaConcepts’ mobile app now integrates with Assa Abloy

MediaConcepts' mobile application, Priscilla, offers integration to several hotel back-end systems.

MediaConcepts has integrated its mobile application, Priscilla, with Assa Abloy Hospitality’s mobile access. As a mobile app that provides guests with a seamless stay experience, Priscilla offers integration to several hotel back-end systems including PMS, room controls, IPTV, and door locks. This latest integration means more hotels are now able to take advantage of Priscilla to enhance their guest experience.

"We're always looking at ways to help our clients engage more effectively with their guests,"  John Bowen, founder and CEO of MediaConcepts, said in a statement. "Our website and booking solutions take care of the guest experience before they arrive at the hotel, and Priscilla takes care of their stay. Making this experience seamless means Priscilla must interact with different systems so guests only need to use one single app. We are really excited about bringing Priscilla to clients who are already using, or planning to implement the Assa Abloy Hospitality mobile access solution."

Priscilla allows guests to manage their stay through their own mobile devices—from check-in to unlocking room doors; controlling room lights; ordering roomservice; requesting for concierge, housekeeping or maintenance services; finding their way around; receiving personalized communication and promotions; all the way through to check-out.
