The intuitive mobile app increases guest interaction and on-property spend through the guest’s own mobile device. The app includes pre-arrival check-in, to ordering room service, requesting for items from housekeeping, opening room door, and even controlling room lights, climate and entertainment.

More than just guest convenience, Priscilla offers powerful insights that can help hotels personalize and provide relevant content that translate into higher revenue and increased loyalty. The in-built workflow facilitates the management and assignment of tasks to available staff, and the accompanying staff app notifies them.

Department heads and management staff can track feedback and response times of each guest request through the web-based admin console, allowing them to respond as appropriate either in person, or through the app.
