MGM Resorts launch mobility platform across all properties

MGM Resorts International will provide an intuitive check-in and check-out process across all of its Las Vegas hotels through a strategic partnership with StayNTouch Inc. MGM believes it will lead to increased guest satisfaction, ancillary revenues and a boost in hotel operational efficiency.

Last year, MGM Resorts piloted the StayNTouch platform, a cloud-based mobility platform that offers guests a variety of check-in and check-out options via their smartphone, at Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.
 
Since rolling out the system at Aria in April 2015, guests have enjoyed the convenience of mobile check-in with a faster, more seamless process. The success of the program at Aria led MGM Resorts International to select StayNTouch for its entire Las Vegas hotel portfolio.
