MGM Resorts launch mobility platform across all properties

MGM Resorts International will provide an intuitive check-in and check-out process across all of its Las Vegas hotels through a strategic partnership with StayNTouch Inc. MGM believes it will lead to increased guest satisfaction, ancillary revenues and a boost in hotel operational efficiency.

Last year, MGM Resorts piloted the StayNTouch platform, a cloud-based mobility platform that offers guests a variety of check-in and check-out options via their smartphone, at Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.

Since rolling out the system at Aria in April 2015, guests have enjoyed the convenience of mobile check-in with a faster, more seamless process. The success of the program at Aria led MGM Resorts International to select StayNTouch for its entire Las Vegas hotel portfolio.

“We continue to evaluate every aspect of the guest experience and how various technologies can enhance the guest visit at our resorts,” said Sy Esfahani, CIO for MGM Resorts International. “The StayNTouch technology enhances our guest experience and streamlines our check-in and check-out process."
