Millennium Hotels and Resorts has launched its first mobile app, designed by MullenLowe Profero, to deliver a totally reimagined and optimized user experience across the brands’ hotels and resorts globally.
Using the new mobile app, guests can conveniently book single or multiple rooms across any of the 100+ Millennium Hotels and Resorts around the world. Aimed at engaging loyal customers, the app encourages guests to register or login to Millennium Hotels and Resorts’ loyalty program MyMillennium, where members can get up to 10 percent discount for bookings made through the app.

Using native iOS and Android technologies, the app has been designed to seamlessly integrate with Millennium's core platform, Sitecore, allowing a consistent and seamless user experience across multiple channels.
“This is the first time Millennium Hotels and Resorts has ever launched a truly global, integrated app for our customers,” Howard Wu, Millennium's president of North America and chief technology and solutions officer, said in a statement. “We want to offer our guests a seamless, convenient option for booking hotel rooms, anytime, anywhere.”
The Millennium Hotels and Resorts app is available now for both iOS and Android mobile devices and will have several additional features added throughout 2018.
