Moonstone Hotels selects Atrio PMS for five-property collection

Moonstone Hotel Properties chose Atrio PMS from PAR Springer-Miller Systems as its cloud property management system for its collection of five properties in California and Oregon.

Atrio moves hospitality to a new user experience and a new way of doing business. By leveraging all the capabilities of Microsoft Windows Azure, Atrio reduces on-property technology requirements and data security risks. PAR Springer-Miller employs agile development methods with Atrio, resulting in frequent product releases and the ability react quickly to market needs for new features.

“The notion of moving to the next generation property management solution in the cloud, without the hardware investment of traditional PMS, attracted us to ATRIO PMS,” said Bram Winter, GM for Moonstone Hotel Properties. “The move from a capital expense to an operation expense with the SAAS model of service will also allow us to be more nimble in how we can allocate our resources.”
