Omni Hotels partners with Monscierge for pilot

The Omni Downtown Austin (Texas) Hotel has partnered with Monscierge to implement new products and strategies. With the Omni Connect mobile app, guests can select a specific Omni property from a menu that opens to a full-service hotel mobile application, complete with guest request functionality, valet retrieval, meetings and events and a list of the Omni concierge's local experience recommendations.

Beginning at the pre-arrival stage of the trip, guests will receive an SMS Welcome message with an invitation to download the Omni Connect app for iOS and Android services. They are also invited to talk directly from the Welcome Message back to Omni associates with any questions, concerns, or requests, and before arrival.

"We have been phasing in new technological innovations to further enhance guest communication and experience as it relates to service and hospitality,” Kris Singleton, chief technology officer, Omni Hotels & Resorts.
