Operto Guest Technologies introduced an integration that brings together Operto’s Smart Stay property-automation offering with Cloudbeds. Operto enables property managers to enhance operations through a curated range of smart-home technology. Cloudbeds is a hotel-management suite that offers hoteliers and hosts a centralized product to help run a property.

Operto’s flagship Smart Stay product fully automates guest entry by programming unique entry codes for every reservation onto keypad locks. With no action required by the manager, guests get the convenience of fully secure 24/7 self-check-in with no app required.
Operto’s range of Smart Stay products also includes monitoring of noise, occupancy and air quality. Energy savings are realized through intelligent thermostat control. Smart alerts and scheduling reduce turnover time and repetitive tasks for property managers ,which in turn reduce costs.
