PAR Springer-Miller creates spa technology hub in Toronto

PAR Springer-Miller Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corp., expands its Markham, Ontario location to create a hub focused on providing the best spa technology available. Already established as the headquarters for SpaSoft Spa Management System, PAR Springer-Miller’s Markham office has become a magnet, attracting employees to their growing spa technology segment.

More than 71 percent of the Forbe’s five-star spas employ SpaSoft to manage their operations. These spas rely on the Markham-based development operation and the company’s global support centers to keep their technology running smoothly. In addition, PAR Springer-Miller has delivered a new built-for-the-cloud spa management system. ATRIO Spa, built on the ATRIO guest experience management platform, reduces the total cost of ownership of spa technology by embracing cloud-computing, minimizing on-property technology and introducing an innovative user experience that substantially reduces training time and increases staff efficiency and productivity.

The ATRIO Spa team also calls the Markham, Ontario office home. The presence of the SpaSoft and ATRIO Spa product groups has created a spa technology center of excellence for PAR Springer-Miller.
