Preferred Hotels and Resorts forms partnership with Benbria

Zemi Beach House Resort & Spa

Preferred Hotels and Resorts selects Benbria as its official supplier of mobile guest engagement solutions. Through this partnership, Preferred Hotels and Resorts member properties can deploy the Loop suite of 1:1 messaging solutions for guests to request services, provide comments on their stay, and enhance their overall experience.

"The key to success is no longer dependent on maintaining a consistent dialogue alone," commented Michael Osgood, vice president of Alliance Partnerships for Preferred Hotels & Resorts. "Rather, it is centered on a hotel's ability to understand the sentiments behind guests' requests in regards to importance, frequency, and perceived value in receiving a quick, effective response."

Properties using Loop can receive and seamlessly route messages sent from the personal mobile device of a guest to the appropriate team member for resolution. They can have a meaningful 1:1 dialogue with their guests to make their stay more personal and drive long-term loyalty. In addition, member properties gain access to the suite of Loop reporting tools designed to help them identify service trends, determine opportunities to enhance operations, and continuously enhance the guest experience at their property.
