Rainmaker integrates and rolls out online reputation management metrics

The Rainmaker Group has integrated and rolled out its online reputation management metrics, powered by TrustYou, in its flagship profit optimization product, GuestREV.

"This functionality was released in GuestREV 14.6, our most recent version," said John Wallace, Rainmaker President, Gaming & Hospitality. Rainmaker is partnering with TrustYou and Caesars Entertainment to help add incremental revenue to the bottom lines of traditional hotels and casino-hotels by augmenting their pricing capability with reputation data aggregated from reviews, OTAs and various other social sources.
