Reside Worldwide, a property technology and alternative accommodations company with operations in more than 19,000 cities and 60 countries, has partnered with Virdee, a software-as-a-service provider based in Austin, Texas, to implement its touchless check-in and check-out process.
Reside will initially deploy Virdee Concierge via the Virdee App and standalone kiosks in two of its managed buildings, The Beekman Tower in New York City and The Oxford in Seattle.
By automating front-of-house workflows, Virdee lets guests more safely access Reside’s properties at a time when human touchpoints and personal interaction have become more challenging. The Virdee Concierge reduces average on-site check-in time to less than 20 seconds while also offering ID verification, payment collection and remote support.
