Roxaco-Vanguard Hotels to leverage Revinate’s platform

Roxaco-Vanguard Hotel Corp., owner and operator of  branded hotels in the Philippines, forms a strategic partnership with Revinate, a software as a service company. RVHC is a collaboration between Roxaco Land Corp. and Vanguard Hotels Pte Ltd.

RVHC will leverage Revinate’s full spectrum of solutions, including Revinate Marketing, a marketing automation platform providing unprecedented segmentation features.

“Revinate’s Rich Guest Profiles, bringing together demographics, stay history, preferences, guest feedback, and social media, will allow our properties to reach a new level of understanding and service to our guests,” said Damian Ball, group VP for operations at Vanguard Hotels.

RVHC’s properties will also adopt Revinate’s online reputation management, surveys and customer engagement solutions, accessing a 360-degree view of guests across their portfolio and a wide range of tools to establish a meaningful conversation and exceed their expectations.
