Royal Cliff Hotels Group streamlines with group sales and catering technology

The Royal Cliff Hotels Group has selected the advanced cloud solution, Delphi.fdc from Newmarket International, Inc., for group sales and catering to increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.

Royal Cliff is a large tropical five-star beach resort and the only property in Asia to be elevated to the TTG Hall of Fame. Operating four luxury hotels, each property features its own ambience and character to cater to different guest lifestyles: Royal Cliff Beach Hotel (casual luxury), Royal Cliff Beach Terrace (exotic luxury), Royal Cliff Grand Hotel (formal luxury) and Royal Wing Suites and Spa (ultimate luxury).

"We were looking for the sales and catering solution that would enable us to respond to clients faster, create more accurate proposals, and analyze our business better with powerful reporting tools,” said Shreyash Shah, director of MICE sales at Royal Cliff. “Delphi.fdc has the ability to generate detailed banquet orders and group resumes while storing vast amounts of data. Thanks to the mobility of the Delphi.fdc platform, our staff is able to get access to information whenever and wherever.”
