Royal Cliff Hotels Group streamlines with group sales and catering technology

The Royal Cliff Hotels Group has selected the advanced cloud solution, Delphi.fdc from Newmarket International, Inc., for group sales and catering to increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.

Royal Cliff is a large tropical five-star beach resort and the only property in Asia to be elevated to the TTG Hall of Fame. Operating four luxury hotels, each property features its own ambience and character to cater to different guest lifestyles: Royal Cliff Beach Hotel (casual luxury), Royal Cliff Beach Terrace (exotic luxury), Royal Cliff Grand Hotel (formal luxury) and Royal Wing Suites and Spa (ultimate luxury).
