Safemark Systems and ScooterBug, Inc. have merged creating a new business paradigm in the guest security, mobility and convenience markets. Safemark Systems is a leading provider of guest room safes to the global hospitality industry and the preferred partner for top hotel brands and management companies. ScooterBug is a leading provider of guest mobility equipment to theme parks, amusements parks, water parks, zoos, hotels and resorts, convention centers and casinos globally.

As a result of this merger, Best Lockers, a division of Safemark, will be combined with ScooterBug and provide customers with an extensive portfolio of guest mobility solutions and electronic lockers.

With a focus on delivering technology-enabled solutions, the companies’ core competencies are highly complementary and will increase and broaden ongoing product development and integration capabilities. Through accelerated innovation, customers and partners will continue to improve operational efficiencies while enhancing the overall guest experience.
