SkyTouch Hotel OS platform now integrated with guest ID

Intellicheck Mobilisa and SkyTouch Technology have completed a software integration partnership that will expedite hotel guest check-in registration, while concurrently reducing hotel fraud. With the integration of Guest ID, SkyTouch Hotel OS will provide state-of-the-art technology that instantly authenticates identification documents, such as driver’s licenses, reducing fraud and quickly and accurately auto-populating guest registration forms.

By expediting the check-in process, guests enjoy a more fluid and positive experience while hotel staff remains focused on the quality of guest services. Guest ID also authenticates vendor access to hotel facilities through real-time scanning of the most up-to-date data, raising awareness of fraudulent credentials and assuring anyone seeking access is properly authorized to gain entry.

"Travelers view hotel check-in as the last hurdle before they are able to settle in and relax or get down to business,” said Intellicheck Mobilisa CEO Dr. William Roof. “The integration of Guest ID with SkyTouch Technology's industry-leading hotel OS means fewer instances of travelers having to anxiously wait in line to register and a decrease in identity fraud for the hotel."

Intellicheck Mobilisa holds 20 patents including many pertaining to identification technology. Its real-time identity authentication and validation solutions support customers in the hospitality, retail, national defense, law enforcement, and financial markets. The company’s products scan, authenticate and analyze components of identity documents including driver licenses, military identification cards and other government forms of identification containing magnetic stripe, barcode and smart chip information. Once extracted from the identity card, the information can be used to provide safety, security and efficiencies throughout these markets.
