Sofitel London Heathrow upgrades to Acentic's HSIA solution

Sofitel London Heathrow has chosen Acentic to provide HSIA to its guests. The upgrade will see Acentic's Radiant HSIA solution installed in the 605 guest rooms and 45 contemporary meeting spaces at the busy Heathrow hotel.

Acentic's HSIA offering has been developed specifically to address the needs of both hotel and guests and offers a smart, flexible platform which allows hoteliers a 'hands on' approach to managing its HSIA.

“The flexibility of platform means that we are able to monitor and manage bandwidth and usage as well as generate revenue through the sales of enhanced services to both our guests and our conference users,” said General Manager Anna Dowling.
