"Through the new two-way interface we have created, hotels can offer consumers a simple, easy mobile experience, from the moment they book, through check in,” said Jos Schaap, StayNTouch's CEO and founder. “This is another important step in StayNTouch's quest to help modernize the hotel experience through advanced cloud applications – streamlining operations, increasing margins, and revolutionizing how hotels connect to and engage their guests."

StayNTouch's proprietary Rover solution empowers hotel staff to perform functions efficiently via tablet and mobile devices, driving tangible benefits such an increase in revenue, and cost savings. Bringing the benefits of mobile operation as well as choice of service, the company's Zest solution allows guests to self check-in and out, view hotel folio and receive upgrade promotions, all from their smart phones.
