Three new Relais & Châteaux properties have installed Guestfolio’s customer relationship management technology. The Post Hotel & Spa, Kensington Riverside Inn in Alberta, and Manoir Hovey in Quebec now use a marketing platform that will drive guest engagement, increase guest retention and encourage more guests to book directly.
