Travel Tripper integrates landmarks, attractions in the RezTrip CRS's booking engine

Travel Tripper integrates new content integration capabilities within the booking engine of its RezTrip multi-channel central reservation system (CRS). Hotels can now showcase nearby attractions on an optional map included within the RezTrip CRS' web booking engine.

The map showing the hotel and nearby attractions is available to be viewed throughout the booking process. This capability prevents shoppers from going to another website to look at detailed location information, which might subsequently result in traffic leakage and lower conversions.

This feature is powered directly by content that is input directly into the RezTrip CRS and each attraction consists of the attraction name, category, an image, a description, address and an auto-calculated geo-location of the attraction. The feature is designed to be plug-and-play and no custom programming is required to generate the attractions on the map in the booking engine. RezTrip offers dedicated API calls for attractions information for use in custom maps within the hotel's website itself.
