St. Kitts Marriott Resort & The Royal Beach Casino installed Aptech Computer Systems’ PVNG enterprise financial accounting system to simplify back-office processes and provide comprehensive reporting. The property is a 389-room luxury destination on Frigate Bay featuring nine dining outlets, the Emerald Mist Spa and other amenities.

“Aptech has a great deal of experience with hospitality operations,” Jacques Hamou, managing director of St. Kitts Marriott Resort, said in a statement. “Their team understood our complex financial requirements and PVNG was flexible enough to meet all our requirements. Plus, the system provided a large library of property reporting and the hotel accounting software was easy for our team to learn and use.”

The St. Kitts Marriott is a full-service casino resort with demanding financial requirements. The management team knew exactly what system functionality it would take to automate the financials for its unique operation, Aptech VP Jill Wilder said.

PVNG makes it simple for operators to become 11th Edition-compliant by implementing its packaged chart of accounts and financial statements. PVNG’s hotel accounting software cloud platform lets Aptech monitor and support all aspects of users’ system processes for hands-on support.
