Windsor Property Management Group to improve operations with Newmarket installation

Windsor Property Management Group Corp. has selected the sophisticated technology solution Delphi from Newmarket International, Inc. to improve overall operations, increase revenue, and better manage sales teams.

Incorporated in 2004, WMC Group is a hospitality and property services management company headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. At present, WMC Group has four hotels, two properties, seven restaurants, and three leisure destinations across Vietnam in operation.

"WMC Group previously had a manual sales and catering system to support business,” said Giuliano Callegaro, General Manager at WMC Group. “We had challenges with keeping records and having them available at our fingertips. Because of the manual system, it was hard for our management to analyze actual business with no central database.”
