WoodSpring Hotels migrates 180 properties to the cloud

WoodSpring Hotels has migrated 180 properties from premise-based NiteVision to Multi-Systems, Inc.’s CloudPM. The newly-constructed WoodSpring Suites hotel in Aurora, Colo. also marks the 300th installation milestone of MSI CloudPM. WoodSpring Hotels has selected MSI to be the exclusive provider of hotel cloud technology solutions through MSI TrūCloud, including MSI CloudPM, MSI CloudCRS, and MSI CloudPay.

“Through our solid partnership with MSI and migration to MSI CloudPM, we now have the ability to speed training, improve disaster recovery, increase functionality, and decouple the CRS from the call center nearly doubling conversion rates,” said Kyle Rogg, WoodSpring Hotels President and COO. “We look forward to enhancing revenue management, and further simplifying operations as we expect continued growth of WoodSpring Hotels’ properties throughout North America.”
