
Xn protel Systems and Neorcha have entered a partnership that will see Neorcha's range of mobile guest applications marketed by Xn protel Systems in the United Kingdom, Middle East and Asia Pacific regions.
Neorcha's products enjoy unified integration with existing hotel CRM, PMS, CRS, spa/activity and POS systems (including the Xn protel product line). The myHotel App enables hotels to maximize their guests' experience by providing access to a range of services including pre-arrival arrangements, concierge services, destination information and express check-out. Amongst others, Neorcha provides mobile guest applications for Rotana Hotels and Millennium Hotels in the Middle East.
Neorcha's products will form a core part of the solution set provided by Xn protel Systems' new Mobile & Analytics division, headed up by Emmanuel Clavé. Prior to joining Xn protel Systems, Emmanuel led a project at Rocco Forte Hotels to introduce a mobile guest app using the Neorcha myHotel platform.
The app allows guests to make room, restaurant and spa bookings, as well as ordering room service. As part of the project, the myHotel app has been directly integrated with protel PMS, Xn POS and reservation assistant systems – allowing guests to make their bookings or room service orders in real time.
