Zaplox releases version 3.0 of its mobile key services solution, which incorporates several new functions to improve the guest experience, while maximizing property efficiency and profitability.

The latest release now provides hotels with a comprehensive, integrated and scalable solution that can address the mobile key service needs of any property. Zaplox mobile key services is a turnkey platform that is fully compatible with most major locking system providers' mobile solutions, including Assa Abloy mobile access, Salto Systems and Kaba mobile access.

Zaplox mobile key services consist of an easily downloadable mobile key app; an administration portal from which a hotel can manage the complete guest experience within the app; and integrations provided for all major hotel lock providers and PMS systems.

The new version also provides tools to enhance loyalty and increase the potential for re-booking. Once installed, a hotel can manage much of this functionality through the administration portal, which gives the hotel the freedom to change and test offers for their guests, and optimize the experience of their hotel stay.
