Bahamas' Treasure Cay Resort goes on the market

In the Bahamas, Abaco Estate Services has put the Treasure Cay Resort, Marina and Golf Course up for sale.

According to the Caribbean Journal, the full purchase package includes a 95-room hotel, a 150-slip marina, an 18-hole golf course, a shopping center, along with additional beachfront hotel development opportunities along the 3.5-mile coast. The resort is located about 10 minutes away from TCB International Airport. 

The current asking price is $59 million. Ed Newell is the listing agent on the property.
