Carlson Rezidor takes over three Mauritius hotels

Mauritius realty company Bluelife Ltd. has entered into a partnership with the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, with three subsidiaries of the former–Haute Rive Resort & Spa, the residences and apartments of Azuri and Poste Lafayette Resort & Spa–to be placed under the management of the latter.

The group recently signed two management contracts with three subsidiaries of BlueLife Limited, one of the leaders in the real estate sector in the Indian Ocean region.

Accordingly, as from the third quarter of 2015, Haute Rive Azuri Hotel Ltd’s hotel resort currently branded as Haute Rive Resort & Spa; Azuri Suites Ltd’s residences and suites at Azuri; and PL Resort Ltd’s hotel resort, currently branded as Poste Lafayette Resort & Spa, will be under the management of the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group. They will be rebranded as the Radisson Blu Azuri Resort & Spa, Mauritius (100 rooms), the Radisson Blu Azuri Residence & Suites, Mauritius (57 residences) and the Radisson Blu Poste Lafayette Resort & Spa, Mauritius (100 rooms)

All properties are situated on the north-eastern coast of Mauritius Island in the Indian Ocean.

The Radisson Blu resorts in Mauritius will be operated by The Rezidor Hotel Group.
