Dev Properties buys two Milwaukee Airport hotels

Best Western Milwaukee Airport

Dev Properties purchased two Mulwaukee hotels for $11 million.

The company, led by Himanshu Parikh, purchased the 139-room Best Western Plus Milwaukee Airport Hotel and Conference Center for $7 million, and the 116-room Super 8 Milwaukee-Airport for $4 million.

Both properties were sold by Dhir Group of Brookfield.
