Hilton to open new Garden Inn in Doha, Qatar

Universal Management Group has signed a management agreement with Hilton Worldwide to open the Hilton Garden Inn Doha C Ring Road in 2018 in Qatar’s capital.

“As one of the world’s commercial capitals, Doha is a key market for our growing presence in the Middle East, with its continuously evolving visitor offering and infrastructure," Hilton Worldwide VP development Middle East & North Africa Carlos Khneisser said in a statement. The company, he said, has "a multibrand growth strategy" for the region. 

“Qatar is more connected to global markets than ever before and, with an increasingly diversified guest demographic, we are presented with a major opportunity for Universal Management Group to cater to growing numbers of guests seeking affordable options," Universal Management Group CEO Abdel Rahman Nasrallah said.
