HREC arranges sale of Atlanta's Hotel 400

HREC Investment Advisors has arranged the sale of the 154-guestroom Hotel 400, located in Atlanta's northern suburb of Roswell, Georgia.

Jeff Brown (HREC SVP - Atlanta) and Monty Levy (HREC SVP - Atlanta), exclusively represented the seller, Fainbarg, L.P., on this transaction. 

The Hotel 400 is located directly off of GA Highway 400 and provides easy access to the surrounding area's primary demand-generators.

"Major improvements to the GA Highway 400 interchange, about to get underway, will greatly increase the accessibility and visibility of this hotel in the short term," Brown said in a statement. The Buyer, Baraka Hospitality Group, LLC, whose principals are Thakor and Romi Patel, is reportedly planning a renovation project and brand affiliation.
