HREC arranges sale of Dallas' DoubleTree Market Center

HREC Investment Advisors arranged the sale of the 227-guestroom DoubleTree Market Center in Dallas. Axle Capital Group and a partner acquired the property. The seller, Rolf Tweeten, principal with Alliance Hospitality Management in Raleigh, N.C., will continue to manage the property.

Hank Wolpert, Vice President in HREC Investment Advisors' Dallas and Geoff Davis, President and Senior Principal in the New York office, exclusively represented the seller during the transaction.

The Hotel is located off Interstate-35E and five minutes from downtown Dallas and Dallas Love Field Airport. The hotel is situated immediately proximate to the Dallas Market Center, which has four buildings comprising 5 million square feet of event space.
