HREC arranges sale of Georgia Ramada

HREC Investment Advisors has arranged the sale of the 79-room Ramada Limited in Forest Park, Ga. The buyer was HR Hotel Management. A purchase price was not disclosed. The hotel is located approximately five miles south of the Hartfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Monty Levy (Senior Vice President - Atlanta), Jeff Brown (Senior Vice President - Atlanta) and Scott Stephens (COO & Senior Principal - Tampa), exclusively represented VFC Properties, LLC during the transaction.

"The hotel's location proximate to both the world's busiest airport and I-75 speaks for itself. The buyer plans a renovation project for the hotel to allow for enhancement of an already successful lodging operation.  We are pleased to have arranged a successful transaction for both the seller and buyer," said Brown.
