HREC Investment Advisors arranged the sale of the 107-room Sleep Inn located in Rockville, Md.

The Sleep Inn Washington DC - Rockville is located approximately twenty miles from downtown Washington DC. The area is connected to airports, train and bus connections. Washington Reagan National Airport is located twenty five miles southeast of the Hotel, Washington Dulles International Airport is thirty miles south and Baltimore Thurgood Marshall International Airport is forty miles northeast of the property.
