Infrared Capital sells NH Hotel, part of mega-deal in Cologne, Germany

Infrared Capital Partners has sold the 217-room NH Hotel, in Cologne, Germany, to Internos Hotel Real Estate Fund for a reported $36 million. The sale is part of a deal, which also saw Infrared sells the Cologne Tower office building to Canadian REIT Dream Global for around $137 million.

As reported by Property Magazine International, the hotel is currently operated by Spain's NH Hotels Group. It includes a restaurant, bar and 10 conference rooms. The acquisition by London-based Internos is reportedly its 12th in the last two years.
