Korea's Paradise Group buys Orlando hotel

Embassy Suites Orlando

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler closed the sale of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown.

The firm represented HEI Hotels & Resorts in the sale, which traded the 167-room hotel to the Korea-based Paradise Group for $26 million.

This is the Paradise Group's first acquisition in the U.S., and it bought the hotel free of debt. The company plans on improving the property, which opened in 2000.
