Malaysia's Impiana expands into Indonesia

Impiana Hotels & Resorts Management, the hospitality arm of Malaysia's Impiana Group, has taken its first step into the Indonesian market with the acquisition of The Villas Bali—and it's not letting up any time soon.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Impiana currently has three hotels in Malaysia, three resorts in Thailand and new developments in the making in the Maldives, and another two more Bali resorts in Ubud and Cemagi.
 

The Villas Bali has 50 one- to three-bedroom villas.
